The desire to develop capacity, management, operation and maintenance
(cMOM) programs and to achieve compliance with GASB 34 requirements is founded
in a comprehensive asset management program. When integrated with GIS,
it provides an accessible tool for effectively managing infrastructure.
This approach to asset management provides users with the ability to inventory
resources, schedule maintenance, track expenditures, manage inventories
