Studies Based on the results of site investigations and the use of surface water and groundwater modeling tools, HydroQual evaluates cost-effective and practical approaches to site remediation through a feasibility study. The feasibility study allows our clients to make informed decisions at sites. While many feasibility studies are undertaken to comply with federal or state program requirements, HydroQual applies an approach that provides the decision-making tools needed by our clients. This approach distills the critical elements of the site investigation and applies the decades of experience of our personnel to develop practicable, effective remedies along with estimated costs, duration of implementation and regulatory acceptance. These essentials, used for making decisions in a timely manner, are then modified and enhanced as needed to fit the specifics of a regulatory program. |
