Existing Water Quality:


Dissolved oxygen levels are in non-compliance. Total coliform levels are in compliance in I and SB waters. Fecal coliform in compliance in I waters; in non-compliance in SB waters (Inner Harbor CSO Facility plan, 1993). Settleable solids and floatables are discharged by CSO's.
